At Precision Retro Designs, we stand behind our engineering. Because each component is made to order specifically for your project, we ask that you verify fitment and part numbers before placing your order.
If you do need to make a return, our policy is as follows:
30-Day Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition. We cannot accept returns on parts that have been sanded, primed, painted, or mounted to a vehicle.
Packaging: All original packaging must be included and intact.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Terms of Service
1. Overview
This website is operated by Precision Retro Designs. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Precision Retro Designs. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Made-to-Order Products
All components sold by Precision Retro Designs are made to order. While we strive for accuracy and consistency, minor surface variations are a natural characteristic of the 3D printing and vapor-smoothing process. These variations do not constitute a defect unless they impede the structural integrity or fitment of the part.
3. Professional Installation Recommended
Our products are intended for use by individuals with mechanical aptitude. We strongly recommend that all parts be installed by a qualified motorcycle technician. Precision Retro Designs is not responsible for damage to the part, the motorcycle, or personal injury resulting from improper installation or misuse.
4. Use at Own Risk
Vintage motorcycles vary due to age, previous accidents, or aftermarket modifications. While our parts are reverse-engineered from OEM components, we cannot guarantee fitment on modified or damaged frames/fairings. The user assumes all risk associated with the use of aftermarket components on a motor vehicle.
5. Modification of Parts
Once a part has been sanded, primed, painted, or otherwise modified by the customer, it is considered "altered" and is no longer eligible for return, exchange, or warranty claims. We recommend a "dry fit" on the motorcycle before any finishing work begins.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Precision Retro Designs, our owners, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost savings, or replacement costs, arising from your use of any of our products.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut.
